It was an interesting day for the West Coast International team at the SEA YOU Yacht Sales & Charter Day this month. This, the second event of its type where motor yachts for sale took place at the Marina Genova Airport, where last year West Coast International was proud to be a sponsor.
This is a well attended event where Yachts, Captains and Crew, Brokers, Charterers, Owners and Professionals have the opportunity to connect. To be sure, after the success of the inaugural 2019 event and the forced pause owing to the covid-19 pandemic, Sea You – Yacht Sales & Charter Days was bound to be a beneficial event. Although on a small scale and inexpensive, it proved able to meet the needs of the yachting world, in these difficult times of health and geopolitical tensions.
It was possible to visit and get to know yachts already present on the MYBA circuit such as the veteran “EMERALD“, the beautiful sloop “ADESSO” with interiors by Gas Aulenti, and the classic and elegant Sangermani “QUINTA SANTA MARIA“. In addition two large motor yachts were present, one being “ELENI” – it’s always a pleasure to get on board -such a wonderfully elegant yacht, and the marvellous “CURIOSITY” previously named “IL CIGNO“. Let’s not forget “DON CIRO” which was one of our central yachts available for charter in 2019 and 2020, having been refitted by one of our trusted architects. Also present was “ROYAL FALCON ONE”, a new entrant on the MYBA circuit, a motor catamaran designed by Porsche, ideal for corporate meetings and events such as
the Monaco GP of Formula 1 or Formula E.
Last but not least we saw the charter yacht “BARON TRENCK“, currently available for sale, which was available at the event for hosting captains and brokers in various meetings organised by ITALIAN YACHT MASTERS. Here it was possible to enjoy canapes, offering the opportunity to experience the skill of its Chef who served up sheer happiness in the shape of delicious finger food and an unforgettable seafood risotto.
Among the Yachts for Sale we were able to admire the custom and very performing sailing yacht “SILANDRA“, “FLORENCE” motoryacht, just refitted and we also took the opportunity to visit the fabulous “FOREVER ONE“, a 54m super yacht built in 2014, but incredibly one of the best of its time, at the level of superyachts just released from the shipyard for the 2022 summer season.
