Meet ARIA Chef: Irene Pezzer
Born in 1979, Irene grew up in Palermo in a village called San Flavia, and started learning her culinary skills from both her mother and grandmother when she was very small. With experience in childcare and working as a barista, she is no stranger to making guests of all ages, feel welcome and comfortable. Irene also has certificates for Fire-fighting and First Aid.
Irene began working on the yachts in 2011 and has great yachting experience from working on many different yachts over the years as a hostess and then as a chef. She has been with West Coast International for more than eight years. Irene loves to cook while sailing as it is fast and exciting, and needs quick decisions. She says that growing up in the fishing community, has taught her patience and determination, great characteristics for working on board in sometimes challenging situations. She enjoys the autonomy of being chef but also really loves being part of the Aria team.
Not surprisingly, Irene enjoys cooking fish and pasta so these are her specialties, and she likes having friendly and lively people on board. She is very sociable and enjoys travelling and exploring Europe in her spare time.

The C Boat 28 ARIA successfully hit the water in 2009. Refitted in 2021 and available for charter ARIA offers 5 spacious suites for 10 guests. 5 crew members. Her base is in Palermo, Sicily but she is available also for Amalfi Coast and other destinations on request.

The main deck hosts a wide salon with TV-LCD, separate galley and dining area. A separate area is dedicated to the crew quarter with 2 cabins.
