This year Confindustria Nautica and the Liguria Region decided to go beyond the concept of showcasing the best of the boating industry and its supply chain, by bringing the sea into the city and promoting this event that has a philosophy in common with the Salone : “ Excellence”.
At a time when the spotlight is on the success of the Italian boating industry and the concept of beauty and craftsmanship, important Michelin-starred chefs from the Ligurian region were called upon to give their interpretation of excellence. Nine chefs worked together to represent the uniqueness of a territory that is traditionally devoted to the sea.
