The 28.80-metre Monty North sailing yacht Concordia, a superyacht for sale was sold in a deal with Maura Zane of West Coast International representing the buyer and Arne Ploch of Camper & Nicholsons representing in for the seller.
The yacht’s builder is Monty North from Spain who delivered superyacht Concordia in 2000. The superyacht has a beam of 6.8m, a draft of 3.7m and a volume of 79 GT. She is the 1st-largest yacht built by Monty North. Concordia is a high performance sailing yacht with a sloop rig; the vessel was custom-built. Before this sale, Concordia has had just one owner and, following an extensive 2013 refit, was offered for sale in turnkey condition.
The Spanish-built yacht was delivered in 2000 and designed to deliver performance sailing without sacrificing comfort.
Concordia bears sleek and modern lines, with great consideration given to both form and function. She was completely designed by Marcello Penna who were responsible for her interior, exterior and naval architecture.
Concordia is able to sleep up to six guests in three suites. There’s a full-beam owner’s suite forward and two twin cabins, all of which are ensuite. Positioned aft, she also has accommodation for 4 crew members including the captain of Concordia.
Concordia is a fantastic cruising yacht and is well suited to family sailing.
28.8m sailing yacht Concordia has a semi-raised pilot house, flush decks and a beautifully appointed teak interior. The yacht benefits from a central, shaded cockpit which is nestled between the dual helm stations and the superstructure, and here there’s enough space for a large group to dine.
In the main saloon there’s a lounge area to port and a dining table to starboard.
The yacht Concordia has an aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure. Concordia is powered by an MTU engine and can cruise at 10 knots or reach a maximum speed of 11 knots. The yacht carries 3,400 liters of fuel on board, and 2,000 liters of water.
Concordia has a tender garage at her stern.
