Cala Rossa, Favignana dramatic beauty mesmerises with its striking red rocks contrasting its vivid blue waters. If cruising in the Aegadian Islands make time to stop at Favignana and take in Cala Rossa’s unique landscape and clear waters, which make it ideal for snorkeling and diving.

Cala Mariolu, Sardinia, nestled in the Gulf of Orosei, is one of Sardinia’s most famous picturesque beaches. Known for its small, round pebbles and translucent waters Cala Mariolu offers an idyllic setting for swimming and exploring the marine life in its underwater caves; access is best achieved by boat.

Spiaggia di Chiaia di Luna, Ponza is so named owing to its crescent shape. The dramatic white cliffs are the backdrop to its beautiful golden sands and sparkling blue water, making it a ‘must-see’destination. Be sure to check accessibilty, which has been restricted in recent years to protect the fragile environment.

Baia del Silenzio, Sestri Levante lives up to its name “ Bay of Silence “ with a serene and captivating atmosphere. Colourful Ligurian buildings and lush green hills surround this small sandy cove, whose shallow waters guarantee a safe and relaxing swim, a favourite for families and travelers alike.

Marina Piccola, Capri is a small beach located in the south of Capri. It offers stunning views of the Faraglioni rock structures and is a perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming. The warm, blue waters and Mediterranean vegetation add to Marina Piccola’s charm, along with a backdrop of colourful beach clubs.

Spiaggia di Cavoli, Elba is famous for its fine white sand and clear, shallow waters, which are surrounded by cliffs and lush vegetation. Nestled in a sheltered bay, it is perfect for swimming and water activities, benefiting from a microclimate that ensures warmer waters for longer.

Cala del Gesso, Monte Argentario peninsula, is a secluded and pristine beach accessible via a steep path which offers rich rewards of breathtaking views of the Argentarola islet. The crystal-clear waters and rocky shoreline make it perfect for snorkeling or soaking up the tranquil natural beauty.

Spiaggia di Fetovaia, Elba is another favoured beach popular with families, owing to its outstretched golden sand and calm blue waters, accessible by a gentle slope. The lush Mediterranean greenery and granite cliffs make this both a picturesque and relaxing environment.
